The Bachelor of Early Childhood Education trains students to handle children (up to age 5) in formative social, physical and intellectual activities necessary for formal schooling. Through our program, they learn to use a variety of resources and materials to help young children in their learning and imaginative play. Students are trained to handle children in preschools, as well as day care centres.

Future Careers

After passing the Licensure Examination for Teachers, graduates of our Early Childhood Education program may find themselves working as preschool teachers in public and private schools. Later on in their career, they may also handle preschool curriculum development and become a consultant/resource person. They may also opt to build their own preschools and daycare centers.
